LIBRARY USAGE POLICY
The Director of the library or a supervising staff member has authority to deny library service to anyone, adult or child, who is causing a disruption to other patrons and staff or is behaving inappropriately for the library. Such persons may also be required to leave the library. What constitutes such behavior or disruption is up to the discretion of the library Director or supervising staff member.
Patrons are required to wear shoes and shirt in the library and be otherwise appropriately dressed. What constitutes appropriate dress is up to the discretion of the supervising staff member.
- Patrons may not bring food, drink or tobacco into the library.
- Smoking is not allowed in the library.
- While school is in session, children under sixteen must be accompanied by an adult to use the library.
- The use of cell phones is limited to the lobby or outside of the library.
