      **IVAN Videos, DVDs and CD-ROMs circulate for 2 days
      Indiana Video & Audio Network materials rotate amongst Indiana
      Public Libraries and a shorter circulation time is necessary
      to allow as many patrons as possible the opportunity
      to experience its benefits.


      Renewing and Reserving Materials

      Renewing

      If an item is renewable (see chart above), you may renew it once by phone. After that you must bring the material back to the library. If no reserve or other holds have been placed on the item, you may renew it once more.

      You cannot renew items online at this time.

      Reserving

      If the item you want is circulating, you may reserve it. This may be done at the main circulation desk, through our computerized card catalog (OPAC) in the Library, or through our Online Catalog.

      When the item comes back in, you will be notified by phone that it is available. It will be held for four days; after that it will be reshelved or given to the next person on the reserve list.
